Ristorante E also known as R.E. is located at 467 E. Silverado Ranch Blvd in South Las Vegas, just down the road from Anthem and Seven Hills, and just minutes away from nearly every corner of Las Vegas with the new I-15 Silverado Ranch exit.

R.E. will take the experience of Spanish Tapas dining to a new level in Las Vegas with its simple yet contemporary atmosphere and decor, along with its amazing fusion inspired menu.

The lounge at R.E. will offer those who prefer a later dining experience an opportunity to eat and drink in a casual upbeat setting. R.E. offers the people of Las Vegas and opportunity to dine and enjoy good music away from the chaos of the strip. R.E. is definitely geared toward the locals.

R.E. Tapas Kitchen and Lounge is now open for business.

Boasting nearly seventy items on the dinner menu, and ten or so desserts, there is something here for everyone. The flavors run through countries all over the world with an emphasis on Italian, Spanish and California cuisines.

We are open from 11:00am daily for lunch through midnight or 1:00am during the week and until 2:30am on the weekends. Happy hour starts at 4pm through 7pm. We will be going 24 hours in the near future for those late, late night diners and lounge goers.
